Workers’ Compensation Coverage
The ATA Comp Fund provides workers’ compensation coverage for its eligible and participating membership. Coverage benefits are those outlined in the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Law. Excess workers’ compensation coverage and Employer's Liability coverage for Alabama is provided by Safety National Casualty Corporation.
