Doug Moseley, CPA
Director of Finance
Doug joined the Fund in September 2016 as the Director of Finance, where he assists in managing the finances of the Fund and is responsible for completion of monthly financial statements to keep the membership informed on the financial stability of the Fund. Doug is also responsible for all technology-based and computer software-driven projects at the Fund.
Prior to joining the Fund, Doug was the Finance and IT Director for the City of Prattville where he was responsible for managing the finances and IT infrastructure of the City. Prior to that he was a Senior Accountant at Carr, Riggs and Ingram, LLC in Birmingham. Doug obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Troy State University as well as a second bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
He currently lives in Montgomery, Alabama, with his wife, Stephanie. Their spare time is devoted to their local children’s clothing boutique.
